“Teska” is a compound word made from the Greek words tessera, “four;” and karaktira, “nature.” In this personality type system, there are four basic natures in people, hence the name Teska. The designations of the four main categories of people are:

The system also identifies eight general talents that people possess. These talents have specific names, but they’re expressed in general ways. For example, Dancing includes ice skating and cheerleading. Everyone is born with one of them:
