The system’s basic structure:
In the Teska Type System™ there are four general types of people: Bears, Foxes, Hawks, and Doves. There are also eight general talents that people possess: Singing, Tending, etc.
The four general types and eight general talents combine to form 16 specific personality types. Each type brings with it “superpowers:” strengths and abilities that come naturally to people of that type.
